Admin Staff

Emily is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Director at Rite Path Behavioral Health with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, children, and families. She specializes in systemic thinking, combining relationship dynamics, mental health research, and communication strategies to support clients in overcoming personal and relational challenges. Emily uses both humanistic and evidence-based approaches to enhance clients’ quality of life and help them achieve their therapeutic goals. She holds a Master’s degree from Arizona State University and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, as well as a certified facilitator for Prepare/Enrich and Love and Logic programs. In her current role, she supervises clinical staff and manages daily operations at Rite Path, drawing on extensive experience in both private practice and outpatient behavioral health, particularly with families involved with DCS.

Britnee Snow holds a Master’s in Psychology and is working toward licensure under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals. She specializes in helping adolescents and young adults navigate life transitions, identity, trauma recovery, and complex family dynamics. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care. Known for her honest, grounding, and non-judgmental style, Britnee supports clients in breaking self-sabotaging patterns and building emotional resilience and self-trust. She also supervises behavior mentors and case managers, and oversees integrated care at Canyon State Academy and Desert Lily Academy.

Licensed Therapists & Counselors

With over 35 years of experience as a therapist, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona for the past 11 years, previously practicing in New York and Ohio. I have worked with clients across all age groups, including young children, teens, adults, and families. My specialization lies in helping individuals heal from various forms of trauma. I am certified in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and the Neuro-Affective Relational Model. Additionally, I am an approved Clinical Supervisor in Arizona and enjoy mentoring new clinicians on their path to licensure.

Joseph Garrett currently practices under the direct supervision of an independently Licensed Professional Counselor. Joseph has been a Licensed Associate Counselor with Rite Path since September 2023. He was previously with Canyon State Academy from 2008- 2013 as a part-time coach counselor. His preferred therapeutic approaches are DBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Jacob is a Licensed Associate Counselor currently practicing under the direct supervision of an independently Licensed Professional Counselor.

As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I support teens, individuals, and athletes dealing with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity issues, eating disorders, and relational struggles. My approach blends evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and parts work with a mind-body focus in a warm, grace-filled space. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the Townsend Institute and have led youth ministry since 2016. My clinical experience spans residential treatment for addiction and co-occurring disorders, as well as private practice with clients facing complex mental health issues. I’m also deeply involved in volunteer work, including church initiatives, mission trips, local outreach, equine-assisted support, and Alzheimer’s care.

I am an associate licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals of all ages. I use an emotion focused approach as well as person-centered and trauma informed. I am experienced in working with presenting concerns such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, family conflict, trauma, relationship issues, parenting, and more.

I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples—including those navigating premarital, relational, and life-stage challenges. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, PREPARE-ENRICH, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, and Gottman techniques, with the option to integrate Christian faith for clients who desire it. I also offer Dungeons & Dragons–inspired therapy for creative, story-driven self-exploration and healing.  

I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who currently practices under the direct supervision of an Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is future-focused and collaborative. I often draw from narrative and solution-focused therapy modalities. I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged as they move toward the life and relationships they want. I love supporting clients in exploring identity, navigating relationships, building self-empowerment, and creating healthy boundaries.

Brian is a Licensed Associate Counselor currently practicing under the direct supervision of an independently Licensed Professional Counselor. Brian graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Master Level Therapists & Counselors

Kim graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and is working toward becoming a Licensed Associate Counselor under supervised practice. She focuses on individual counseling using a client-centered approach and specializes in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and ADHD support. Kim helps clients manage emotional challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their goals and create meaningful, lasting change. She is passionate about helping people navigate life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and attention-related issues to move toward a better future.

As a clinician, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for youth and young adults to feel seen, heard, and empowered. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey, using a warm, supportive, and direct style to help clients navigate challenges and successes. My methods blend person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and holistic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs. I focus on treating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and building healthy relationships while fostering resilience and emotional regulation. Currently, I practice under the supervision of a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Nick is a Masters level therapist who practices under the direct supervision of an independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Todd graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling and is working under supervised practice.

Sixto graduated from Arizona State University with a Masters of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy. Sixto practices under the direct supervision of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist while he is pursuing licensure through the AZBBHE. Sixto understands that the idea of seeking help can be intimidating and overwhelming. Sixto prioritizes creating a warm and supportive environment for all clients. Sixto offers validation and incorporates humor when appropriate, he aims to help his clients feel at ease and safe to share their thoughts and feelings.

Intern Therapists & Counselors

CasiDee Clement is a graduate-level intern therapist currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling who practices under the direct supervision of an independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered. CasiDee has experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions. She takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach, drawing from person-centered, trauma-informed, and DBT techniques. CasiDee believes in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them with compassion and curiosity. 

Bryce is currently working towards his Masters of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy through Arizona State University. As an intern therapist, Bryce practices under the direct supervision of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern working toward my master’s degree at Arizona State University, I practice under the direct supervision of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My clinical focus includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as working with children, youth, and families who have experienced trauma or who require higher levels of care due to mental health diagnoses. I have experience supporting clients with behavioral challenges, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorder, and anxiety. My background as a crisis counselor has prepared me to remain steady and compassionate in moments of distress while equipping clients with practical tools for stabilization and healing. I take a trauma-informed, systemic approach, recognizing the importance of relationships and family systems in both challenges and recovery. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where children, youth, and families can process experiences, strengthen resilience, and move toward growth. My goal is to walk alongside families as they develop coping skills, restore connection, and foster hope for the future.

Behavior Mentors

Life Skills Mentoring: A form of mentoring or coaching focused on teaching individuals practical life skills to improve their daily functioning and independence, often used for people with mental health conditions or developmental disabilities. Life Skills can be and is typically used in conjunction with the individual’s larger treatment team of services and regularly coordinates with the assigned therapist.
